Abstract

Preliminary figures (ASEM) rice production is estimated Demak 2014 566.62 thousand tons of dry unhusked rice (GKG). This figure is lower when compared to the Fixed numbers (ATAP) 2013, which amounted to 607.99 thousand tons, a decline in production by 6.80 percent. Decline in rice production affected a decrease in harvested area of 3.94 thousand hectares (3.91 per cent) supported by lower productivity figures paddy crop in 2014 compared to 2013 amounting to 3.01 percent
