Abstract

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a global agenda by bringing that the positive impacts of development must be enjoyed by all parties without any spirit left behind, no one left behind. The spirit of sustainable development within the framework of the SDGs is in line with the national development goal of providing welfare for all Indonesian people. In an effort to achieve the SDG targets and national development targets contained in the RPJMN and Nawacita, credible and up-to-date support data is needed. Publication of people's welfare statistics is the embodiment of BPS's responsibility as a savings account that provides statistical data as input for development planning and evaluation. People's welfare statistics presented in this publication are sourced from the results of the National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas), which is a household-based survey. BPS organizes Susenas regularly every year in March and September. This publication presents data on the results of the Susenas conducted in March 2021 on 910 sample households in Demak Regency. Susenas collects data on population, education, health, fertility and family planning, housing, information and communication technology, crime, and social protection. These data are presented at the national and provincial levels so as to allow comparisons between regions. This publication is expected to meet the needs of data users for socio-economic data.
